Analysis and Simulation of Stepper Motor Disturbance Considering Structural Coupling

Article Preview

Abstract:

The disturbance mechanism of a two-phase hybrid stepper motor driving a rigid load with a transmission shaft is introduced, and its active disturbance and electromagnetic coupling disturbance are obtained by theoretical analysis and building the mathematical model of stepper motor output torque respectively. Then the simplified dynamic model of the whole mechanical system is given, and stepper motor disturbance considering structural coupling is obtained by building the vibration function of the dynamic model. Matlab/Simulink toolbox is used to simulate the analysis results. All the conclusions obtained establish a foundation for analyzing the solar array drive assembly disturbance.
