Research in Power Module Test Platform of HXD2 Electric Locomotive

Abstract:

This paper introduces the electrical principle and structure of auxiliary electrical system of HXD2 electric locomotive. It presents the main design ideas of the power module test platform and focuses on the design of the power cabinet and the control cabinet of the power module test platform. The core design of the control cabinet is the peripheral circuit and hardware design which is based on DSP. The high power experiments prove the reliability of design.
