Application of Game Theory in Night Construction Noise Control

Abstract:

In view of the noise problem caused by constructing at night,a supervisory game model about the behaviors of environmental supervisors and noise producers is established in this paper.By game theory the behavior features of environmental supervisors and noise producers in the inspection and their relationship are analyzed,and the existing controlling method is discussed.On the basis of these,the supervision strength of environmental supervisors to noise producers is determined,and the relationship among the probability of inspection, the probability of constructing at night, the supervision strength and the punishment scale is obtained.It is recognized through discussion that supervision strength to small construction units should be increased,punishment degree to the units which have broken the rules should be large and part of the fine should be taken as money award and subsidies of the supervisors.
