Deep Hole Bench Blasting with Low Explosive Consumption in Leveling Site

Article Preview

Abstract:

It was introduced that the low hill which was 60 meters high was cut to 5 meters high in application of the skill called deep hole bench blasting. The low hill was divided into 3 parts. Blasting was carried out once or twice each part on a large scale. The main blasting bench of height was 20 meters. The initiation skill of large hole spacing in side direction and regular triangular drilling were employed, which coordinated with high-precision millisecond delay making up millisecond delay hole by hole initiation network, and it successfully controlled harmful effect within boundary of design, such as the blasting vibration and flying rock, in the help of column charge or space loading and partly covering, where was unable to meet the safety demand, gaining good blasting affections. The project was finished on time.
