Characteristics of Phase Change Material for NaCl Solution and Optimization of as a Kind of Coolant in the Storage-Transportation of Frozen Pork

Abstract:

In this study, NaCl solution was investigated the basic characteristics of phase change materials. The volumes of NaCl solution (as coolant) were studied in storage-transportation of frozen pork. The mathematical models were established between the coolant volumes and cargo capacity. A theoretical basis was provided for the srorage-transportation of fresh foods when NaCl solution was the coolant of phase change materials. The volumes of coolant were optimized in the sorage-srorage-transportation of fresh foods. The logistics costs would be reduced because of our results.
