Research on Music Teachers' Professional Quality Evaluation Based on AHP

Abstract:

The purpose of the teachers' quality evaluation is to promote the professional development of teachers to improve the effectiveness of teaching. It is essential for the growth of teachers and the development education to scientific evaluate the teachers quality. This paper uses analytic hierarchy process to study the basic work of college music teachers quality evaluation and then calculates indication weights after established an evaluation indication system structure model. We should improve AHP, because the traditional AHP method is difficult to pass consistency test for judgment matrix, then we can use the optimal transfer matrix that can meet compliance requirements naturally to directly obtain weights. Calculation results of weights show that if we want to improve the professional quality of music teachers, we must focus on the basic knowledge of music, the basic literacy of music, the ability to orchestrate music, the ability to appreciate music and other aspects.
