Research on Construction Method and Measure for Informatization Surveying and Mapping Service System

Abstract:

This paper proposes a construction method for informatization surveying and mapping service system and puts forward the thoughts of quantitative measure based on technical economics. Service is the essence to informatization surveying and mapping, GIS rely heavily on technical elements during the early stage of development, so as to bring about many so called "output" problems, that is, under current technology we can provide the kind of data and information what are often needed, but failed to resolve the configuration of information resources, industry-oriented and application and so on "input" problems, which requires the establishment of informatization surveying and mapping service system. The paper constructs the framework for informatization surveying and mapping service system in China, presents its measurable model and a number of issues need to be solved. To this system, the author carry out a measurement in four characteristics of the structure, function, performance and developing. It is concluded that the establishment of this system is beneficial for the promotion and healthy development to informatization surveying and mapping.
