Supply Chain of Concrete Producing Enterprise Based on Soft-Man Technology

Abstract:

This paper aimed to achieve the equal interest between drivers and the lowest transportation costs, putting forward the simple concrete transportation model under ideal conditions. However, this model was not abel to deal with the complex situation like road breakdown.For solving this problem, proposing a supplying chain structure based on the negotiation strategy of transportation soft-man, and it will put forward the feasible solutions. Finally, the feasibility of allocation scheme from soft-man was shown through the actual cases in the end.
