Abstract:

This article utilized the technological innovation theory to analyze the functionary mechanism of technology innovation on industrial competitiveness thoroughly, this was: The technological innovation enabled a state industry to have a more obvious superiority in the international market compared to the competitor, thus seized the bigger market share by reducing the operating cost of the industry, promoting the differentiation of the product, enhancing industrial productivity and the quality of the product and promoting the advancement of the industry’s internal structure.
