Water Resources Allocation of China Based on the Projection Pursuit Cluster

Abstract:

Taking account of the economy, geography and ecological factors,based on the projection pursuit cluster, an optimization model for water-distributing weight is introduced with the eight factors (gross domestic product, industrial production, irrigation area, urban population, area of land, grosspopulation, cultivated land area and total water resources).Then the optimalwater-distributing weight which will promote sustainable development is worked out by genetic algorithm.
