Structural Analysis of Transmission Frame of Coal-Mining Tubular Belt Conveyor

Abstract:

This article introduces the structure of the transmission frame, analyzes the force the frame bear and ensures the loading conditions in the strength analysis of transmission frame. In allusion to the stress situations on transmission frame of coal-mining tubular belt conveyor , this article uses the ANSYS software to analyze the stress and strain of transmission frame in given-working conditions. And the result showes strength and stiffness of transmission frame satisfy the design requirements, providing the theoretical basis for the next design and optimization of transmission frame.
