Design and Implementation of STB Software Upgrades Based on Embedded Linux

Abstract:

In this paper ,we design a set of network upgrade process abnormal protection scheme, while the interruption of encountered during the download and after the completion of the test ,visa HTTP breakpoint resume and MD5 check for updates, to complete the update mechanism. Combined with the result of the experiment shows that this design scheme can valid improve the efficiency and safely of STB software update.
