Study about Fresh Agricultural Products Inventory Optimization

Article Preview

Abstract:

This document builds up the inventory control model of fresh agricultural products based on the expected loss of inventory costs (purchase costs, storage costs, shortage costs and the loss of cost with perishable characteristic of fresh agricultural products). The optimal order quantity is obtained through derivation of the model function. Finally, the numerical example has proved this method to be effective.
