Research on Technology System of Smart Residential District in China

Abstract:

Residential district is the mainstream living form of Chinese cities. China launched 192 smart cities pilot in 2013, so Smart Residential District is a great important part of smart city. There is an urgent need for complete technology systems of Smart Residential District in consideration of its initial construction .This paper combined the construction experiences of Intelligent Residential District with Digital City, based on the higher demands on living and life qualities as well as the development of Internet of Things (IOT), cloud computing and other ICT techniques, then proposed technology system of Smart Residential District. The result of this research gives the guidance to the top layer design for Smart Residential District and improves its construction level and quality.
