A Study on National Enterprise Technology Center (NETC) Evaluation Criteria for Construction Industry in China

Abstract:

In China, the evaluation of National Enterprise Technology Center (NETC) for theconstruction industry currently falls under a set of universal criteria, which mainly follow thetechnological innovation pattern of the manufacturing industry, and thus lack applicability. Thispaper takes the distinctive features of the innovation pattern of the construction industry intoconsideration, while maintaining consistency with the current system, and suggests an optimizedevaluation system, which is more applicable for the construction industry.
