Article Preview

Abstract:

By investigating and analyzing the spatial distribution of Xuzhou’s aging population, this paper researches the correlation between the aging of community space and the aging of population, and analyzes the underlying causes and the relevant influencing factors. The research findings indicate that, the aging of community space and the aging of population present an obvious linear correlation and the factors influencing the degree of such correlation include the age and unit type of community buildings, community environment, community location, public service facilities, etc. Besides, it is also found that the two are overlapping and heterogeneous in terms of urban space, which has a profound effect on urban development and future urban planning, but the solution still requires further exploration.
