Abstract:

This document analyses the constructive idea of urban land expansion evaluation index with the restraints of ecological environment security. The method of combining objective with cause and effect is been used to select the urban land expansion evaluation index on the basis of following the scientific, representative, operational and applicable principle. The urban land expansion evaluation index constituting the target layer (A), the criterion layer (B), the element layer (C) and the index layer (D) four levels is been proposed. Among them the criterion layer is composed of city economic factors (B1), social factors (B2), eco-environmental factors (B3) and urban land use factors (B4) four aspects. Every criterion layer is reflected by eight element layers. Every element layer constitutes each index layer which could be decomposed into 26 specific indexes.
