Analysis and Reference of Local Railway Operation and Management Mode

Abstract:

Local railway is mainly constructed by local investment or joint investment with other railways. It shoulders the transportation of local public passengers and short distance of railway goods, and bears the task of boosting local economy and domestic demands [1]. Choosing suitable local railway operation management mode could help to realize maximal economic benefits with least amount of investment, and best management. Through the analysis of China's local railway company operation and management model, this paper proposes five methods to guide how to choose local railway operation and management mode.
