Abstract:

In over decades, the architectural evaluation system is playing an more important role in the building energy-saving after the implementation and modification of all evaluation systems. Most of current green architectural evaluation systems remain in the level of single building evaluation, so a set of comprehensive and effective green architectural evaluation system is needed. This paper has analyzed the domestic and oversea evaluation systems of the Green Residence, considering regional characteristics, and examined the indicators of the Hot-summer and Warm-winter Region Evaluation System for providing a reference to the development of Chinese regional residence evaluation system. Some suggestions for the development of Chinese green residential evaluation system are provided through analyzing advantages and disadvantages of evaluation systems in guiding the construction of ecological residential.
