Safeguard Mechanism Construction of Environmental Comprehensive Improvement in Qinhuangdao Offshore Area

Abstract:

Qinhuangdao is an important coastal tourism and port trade city in our country, and its environmental change and development trend of the offshore area will directly affect the future development of the city^[1]. This paper analyzes the comprehensive renovation of Qinhuangdao offshore environment, and puts forward to build such five safeguard mechanisms as the organizational guarantee, support guarantee, capital support, technical support and public participation, aiming to improve the Qinhuangdao offshore water environmental conditions and promote the sustainable development of the coastal zone region.
