Research on Key Techniques of Multi-Sensor Intelligent Video Surveillance System

Abstract:

In order to improve the traceability and the tracking precision of fast moving targets on its own, a intelligent video monitoring solution is proposed. Sound source localization technology was adopted to realize quick positioning for dynamic target. Three-frame-difference method was given to detect the moving object , then the obtained target center parameters were used as the control signals of PTZ control system to drive the camera to trace the moving target for real-time tracking and monitoring. Experiments and simulations show that the control schemes can completely satisfy the requirement of monitoring.
