Research on the Pattern of Boom-Type Roadheader Intelligent Control System

Article Preview

Abstract:

Because characteristics of coal seams in the roadway are time-varying, and coal and rock distribution is very uneven. The boom-type roadheaders should be adjusted quickly on the basis of the conditions of the cantilever swing speed in real-time ,to overcome the change of the roadheaders cutting resistance and transition areas in the roadway. This paper presents a composite control mode of boom-type roadheaders based on neural network and genetic algorithm ,which can improve production efficiency highly, and safety and reliability.
