The Economic Analysis on the Special Education Teachers in Human Capital

Abstract:

the present situation of special physical education teachers' human capital in China, puts forward the special physical education teachers as both "physical capital" and "intellectual capital" of human capital, to improve the treatment level of special physical education teachers; Set up open, fair, fair employment, the incentive constraints mechanism, stimulate the potential of special physical education teachers, form good competition mechanism; Special physical education teachers should strengthen their own ethics education, improve professional quality, enhance the ability of the research on the interdisciplinarity research, and realize own continuous increment of human capital; Increased investment to continue education, reform the unreasonable continue education investment system, construct lifelong continuing education system.
