The Research on the Core System of Athletics

Abstract:

Athletics activities are favored by people ,which is the foundation of the development of athletics. However ,for the intermediate and superior athletics,the research and understanding of athletics theory are neither in-depth nor accurate .Accordingly,this is not conductive to the development of athletics .this essay tries to research on the focus of Athletics,the theme of Athletics,the quintessence of athletics and the foundation of athletics in order to help the athletes understand the basic concept ,the foundamental thoughts and the value orientation of athletics,so that a complete Athletics theory syetem can be formed to help better athletics work and promote the athletics activities of all levels in a healthy direction.
