Research on Reliability Test Technique for Smart Meter Embedded Software

Article Preview

Abstract:

The requirement of reliability for the embedded software is increasing. In practice, it is significant to evaluate the operational cycle and to predict the lifetime of embedded software, and it also can supply a support for quality product assessment and decision-making system. The smart meter is a typical representative of embedded software. The results of reliability assessment can guide the development and design direction of the smart meter. The proposed assessment technique is very significant to improve the product quality.
