Abstract:

In order to guarantee the quality of remanufacturing planetary gearbox products, fault diagnosis and evaluation are the key links in the process of remanufacturing engineering. The faults will lead to cyclical impact, causing the transient response of periodic vibration signals, by studying the fault mechanism and using modern signal processing methods, the fault features can be extracted and analyzed. The purpose of this review is to present a summary about the application of the vibration test technology in remanufacturing planetary gearbox fault diagnosis, including the following main aspects: the fault diagnosis theories, the sidebands spectrum structure and the application of modern signal processing methods. In addition, some key problems in planetary gearbox fault diagnosis are analyzed and the approaches to solve these problems are discussed.
