Abstract:

This paper is to use career choice theory, supply side driving factors, demand side driving factors to support the connections between the economic indexes with the entrepreneurial spirit. The data is based on the economic index(1995-2009) of Hebei Province. Such conclusion are made: career choice theory obtains concrete verification, the entrepreneurial spirit of external environment economic factors by; the government budgetary revenues and expenditures for the policy factors driving an entrepreneurial spirit; bank savings policy on entrepreneurship has a faint simulative effect; GDP hinder entrepreneurial spirit of the arousal.
