Abstract:

The quality of application maintenance is directly related to operating results, as well as the life cycle of applications. In today’s digital business environment, application failure or unexpected downtime can have a devastating impact on any organization. In order to ensure the stable and efficient operation of applications, we have studied the general framework of proactive application maintenance, researched and practiced efficient operation technology, established comprehensive operation support processes, formed a high level operation and maintenance team, and achieved good results at Tsinghua University.
