Research of Impact of Capital Allocation on Chinese Manufacturing Industry

Abstract:

Among the literature on the impact of different capital sources on economy, most of them focus on one capital source or study this impact from a perspective of factors of production. Therefore, we plans to classify those capital factors according to their sources, and study empirically the specific impact of different capital sources on our country’s economic development. The results suggest that from the contribution of various funding sources to GDP appears, the linear relation between self-financing and other investment and GDP are most significant, and their contribution to GDP are also the most; for GDP of the whole country, the contribution to GDP of national investment is positive, while domestic loan’s contribution to GDP presents negative.
