Development of Key Reliability Tester

Abstract:

This paper aims to describe the characteristics of the hardware and software control systems of the key reliability tester, including the mechanical design and design method. The tester adopts STC89C51 as the control core. It can be run separately, as well as used as the slave, which utilizes the standard MODBUS-RTU communication protocol through the RS-485 bus and PC machine (host) to form a MODBUS network. Furthermore, it is combined with the host monitoring platform to form a MODBUS network in order to achieve network control. The control software of the key reliability tester includes a master control program and a communication program. The communication program will be described in detail.
