The Research on Mechanical Properties of Foam Concrete Mixed with Glazed Hollow Beads

Abstract:

Adding glazed hollow beads in ordinary foam concrete, the thermal insulation, dimensional stability, waterproofness and cracking resistance would be improved. Through testing the basic mechanical properties of foam concrete mixed with different mix amount of glazed hollow beads and then comparing and theoretical analyzing results obtained, it is concluded that when the content of glazed hollow beads is 30%, the mechanical properties of foam concrete is better than other schemes.
