Study on Technical and Economic Evaluation Method of the LID Mode

Abstract:

Technical and economic evaluation plays a important role in LID mode application. This article is based on evaluation process of construction project, including fully consideration about all kinds of costs and benefits which the LID mode has. According to comparing the differences between traditional rainwater drainage pattern and LID mode, finally the incremental internal rate of return (ΔIRR) is as the main evaluation index, with the consideration about environmental and social benefits.
