Abstract:

Currently, the rural-town planning in fast-developing region have encountered various constraints in reality in China, especially the institutional limitations, which in a long-term, consistently hinder the improvement of rural town planning and its implementation. Facing the challenges, various countermeasures have been conducted attributed to exploration in practice and learning from international advanced experiences. This essay concluded some updated methodogolies on rural-town planning and management to improve the performance of planning and implementation.
