Abstract:

This paper according to the actual situation of the Liaohe river basin, and from its physical characteristics , impact on social economy, natural environment, ecological environment build the evaluation database including fourteen evaluation indexes, and then combine with the Fuzzy-AHP algorithm build the comprehensive evaluation modelin. For different scheduling scenarios, and give a set of scheduling scheme and realize the evaluation system which can protect the water feature, improve and regulate the water environmental capacity.
