The Influence of KT on Wheat Anther Dedifferentiation

Abstract:

While Wheat cultivation in Henan Institute of Education experimental field as tested materials, and C17 as the basic culture medium, we researched the influence of KT in different concentration on wheat anther dedifferentiation. The results show that added to 0.25mg / L of KT in the medium, wheat anther dedifferentiation was the best, and it had the best stability.
