Abstract:

It is studied that using the application of J2ME and Web technology is quite proper for the English mobile teaching design on movable equipment. The design goals and the overall framework of the system that need to achieve the user's learning requirements is related according to the English teaching system in the paper. It has been provided an advanced method and colorful education environment to improve English learning.
