Abstract:

Modern logistics has become a new source of profits for manufacturing enterprises. Logistics business management can achieve great competition advantages by reducing raw and processed materials waste, depressing product price, and accelerating product circulation for large-scale manufacturing enterprise groups. According to the activity constitutes and operation processes of internal logistics, the logistics characteristics is analyzed for large-scale manufacturing enterprise groups, and logistics transformation is creatively put forward for large-scale manufacturing enterprise groups to upgrade logistics efficiencies based on resource integration theory. Moreover, the logistics transformation mechanism is put forward for manufacturing enterprises, and its coupling degree and matching degree are calculated to measure the transformation process of internal logistics development.
