The Design of Handheld Devices Based on PXA322 Processor

Article Preview

Abstract:

The form and function of the handheld devices is variety. Each product will need to develop a new re-development, even if the feature is very close. We propose a scalable handheld devices design scheme based on PXA322 embedded processor, describe the handheld devices’ each hardware circuit interface module in detail, include: the handheld devices’ basic system module formed by the CPU(PXA322), SDRAM and FLASH; the communication system interface module formed by DM9000 etc; human-computer interaction interface module; power management module etc, and we also complete the corresponding operating system migration and the system’s functional integrity testing work on the hardware system. The board has a high versatility, the cutting of its hardware and software is flexible, it also increases the development efficiency of the handheld devices.
