Implementation and Application of an Algorithm for System Menu Traversal in C#

Abstract:

The management of user permissions is one of the basic and important functions to ensure the safety of a management information system. Firstly, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the tow kinds of access-control methods generally used; then brings forward an algorithm of Traversal system menu items and stored the items in database; finally, realized the algorithm in C# with an application. By using the algorithm of traversal menu items, user permissions of a system can be controlled easily and dynamically.
