Research on the Key Technologies of Automatic Inspection Planning of Part Family Based on the Tabular Layouts of Article Characteristics

Abstract:

Variant design is a common technology in mechanical design, but it’s inefficient to measure the variant parts using the traditional programming methods. In order to get the inspection procedures of variant parts quickly, this article puts forward a method that aims at the automatic inspection planning of customized products, which based on tabular layouts of article characteristics (TLAC). It studies the TLAC of parts which included the tolerance, the main model and its inspection template, and generation of the inspection procedures about parts. The result shows that the method can effectively improve the efficiency of inspection procedure generation.
