Architecture Study on the Whole Lifecycle Management of Construction Contract in the Large Construction Projects

Abstract:

This paper introduces the concept of the contract whole lifecycle management into the architecture construction contract management, and puts forward the whole process dynamic management. Based on the traditional architecture construction contract management, this paper divides all the stages of construction contract lifecycle and makes the boundary of the whole process more clear. Through research the work content of the whole lifecycle management of construction contract, so as to determine the key work of construction contract management .That can make the architecture construction contract management more systematic and persistence.
