Research on the Biodegradable Buffer PFFM

Abstract:

The paper made a research on the process of a biodegradable buffer packaging material prepared mainly by corn straw fiber and starch. By choosing the appropriate adhesive, through a molding process, a buffer packaging material with good performance can be obtained. Factors affecting the properties of the PLA/corn straw Fiber Foamed Material (hereinafter referred to as PFFM) are mainly adhesives, starch content, agent quantity, auxiliary material and foaming temperature. A degradable foamed packing material was prepared.
