Abstract:

To investigate the effect of Genkwa external application on frostbite model of mices and rats. Used cryostat water immersion method produced frostbite model of mices and rats, objected the Genkwa decoction of high, medium and low doses group and the Genkwa paste of high, low does group to the frostbite Swelling and hemorheology of rats.The Genkwa decoction of high, medium and low doses group and the Genkwa paste of high, low does group topical external application to the frostbite model of mices and rats, made the left posterior reduce paw swelling significantly, reduced legs weight significantly and improved hemorheological indexes significantly. External application Genkwa have a good therapeutic effect to the frostbite model of mices and rats.
