Abstract:

In the article the sustainable development is considered in the context of synergetic effect of energy saving and from the standpoint of low-carbon (green) economy. The authors make accent to the human capital in relation of creativity and culture for transfer to green economy and sustainable development that is well related to the ideology of Russian scientists-cosmists.
