Research on the Prevention System Models and Defense Process of Network Cultural Safety

Abstract:

In recent years, as a cultural carrier, the network has expanded rapidly in China. "Cultural safety" issue has become a major problem in the process of China's cultural reform and cultural industry development, and it has caused the government sector as well as academic attention. From technical, legal, cultural environment of network management, increasing awareness, and other levels, combined static and dynamic passive defense, active defense aspects, this article innovatively combined a variety of network safety defense sub-culture system and proposed a network culture safety active prevention system.
