The Theory and Realization Method for Weak-Magnetic Environment Simulation

Article Preview

Abstract:

The horizontal component of geomagnetic field is so weak in high latitude area that the magnetic navigation equipment available can not work, a method is introduced to simulate this weak-magnetic environment to by using artificial controllable magnetic field to neutralize geomagnetic horizontal component .Theoretical and simulation analysis is involved; using circular Helmholtz coils, an experimental device is made for the experimental research for weak-magnetic environment simulation. The experimental results show that this method has a certain feasibility
