Abstract: Under excitation of high-voltage pulse electric field, the deformation vibration of droplet in oil was very important to electro-dehydration of emulsified oil. So far, the theoretical calculation on vibration of droplet was scarcely studied. In order to calculate the vibration of droplet, the forces acted on a single droplet needed to be analyzed, and the vibration kinetic model of droplet needed to be established. The model was resolved by method of harmonious wave balance. It was found by analysis that the resonance of droplet might occur. In the experiment, the results approximated to that of model calculation. So it was verified that the model could efficiently calculate the vibration amplitude of droplet.

Abstract: Considering the soft output performance of automobile exhaust thermoelectric generator (AETEG), an AETEG using Buck based DC/DC converter were established, based on the duty ratio disturbance observation method, an improved maximum power point tracking algorithm (MPPT) named adaptive hill climbing algorithm was present, including its principle and flow diagram. The simulation result based on UDDS driving cycle proves that the practical power of AETEG can follow its theoretic maximum output power, the algorithm has advantages on the dynamic and steady performance of AETEG in the MPPT.

Abstract: Based on the field survey data,statisticsing and analysising the influence factors of industry flows of science and technology human resources in Shaanxi Province by using multiple linear regression model and Logistic regression model.The results show that: enterprise promotion chance, industry development ability, family factors and change lifestyle these four factors promote or weaken the effect on the flow of talent directly;Age,working ability,professional degree are the constitute factors influencing science and technology talent flow;However, the influence of gender, education, welfare and residential moves is not significant for industry flow of science and technology human resources.

Abstract: The modern city development and improvement of residents’ consumption level have strong dependence on power consumption. In the important period of the optimization of energy structure adjustment and residents’ consumption structure upgrade, the article carried out the correlation analysis of Harbin city residents’ consumption and power consumption, discussed the corresponding relation of them, and forecasts the residents’ consumption and power consumption based on GM(1,1) model. It also put forward suggestions that included reasonably limit consumption, effectively energy saving, focused on the development of new energy, and to promote economic development.

Abstract: Nutrients supplies play a crucial role in population distribution of food webs, and it is one of the most important challenges in both theoretical and applied ecology to better understand the ‘bottom-up’ effect. Here we analyzed a realistic food web containing one limiting nutrient and two producer-consumer interactions. Through the simulations of the mean population size and the variability of each species, we found that 1) in infertile environment the coexistence of species increases with nutrient supply; 2) the mean values of species abundance increase dramatically at then remain constant with the increase of nutrient supply; and 3) the stability of each population also increases and then remains constant. These results are inconsistent with the traditional predictions known as the ‘paradox of enrichment’, and our analysis may provide a solution to this paradox.

Abstract: According to the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) calculations, the architecture industry totally consumed 40% of the energy and 36% of CO2 emissions in world. The large public building with rapid floor area growth, high-energy consumption and huge potential for energy saving features, is a key area of energy conservation obviously. This paper researched the trend of low-carbon building construction and high building energy efficiency, the public building energy consumption and its carbon emissions effect. Moreover, consumption and carbon emission of different types of public building energy was analyzed. Estimation methods on public building energy consumption and carbon emission were summarized in the last part.

Abstract: The paper selected 12 years of data and analyzed the development level of industry ecologicalization quantitatively. Results showed that the level of Shaanxi’s industrial ecologicalization was steadily improving, while the environmental protection and pollution control work needed further strengthen.

Abstract: The green supply chain consisting of the third party logistics and retailer is as the background.Some factors are considered such as product green degree, carbon tax and consumer preferences. Two kinds of green supply chain game models are set up: Stackelberg game model dominated by the third party logistics,Stackelberg game model dominated by retailer. The game models are compared, and finally the numerical simulation has been carried on.Study shows that in the game models, with the improvement of product green degree, product price, logistics price, profit of the third party logistics, the profits of retailer and the supply chain will increase;With the increase of carbon tax, product price and logistics price also unceasingly increase.

Abstract: The sustainable construction of folk houses needs extremely the support of green vernacular architectural technology. Taking the after-quake reconstruction in Lushan of Sichuan province as an example, the bamboo structure, some new technologies like new adobe technology etc. are intending to be used in the folk houses recovery and reconstruction, in order to improve the earthquake-proof property of the local buildings and to improve the living environment of the local people. These technologies combine with the local traditional construction methods of local folk house construction will make the construction process more localizing, greenness and ecology, in order to realize the sustainable construction of folk house construction in the region.
