Applications of BIM&RFID Technology in Electromechanical Equipment Management and Maintenance

Abstract:

This paper is focusing on the application of BIM and RFID technology in the technical research and development center project of the EPRI of China. Firstly, the paper makes a introduction of BIM and RFID. Secondly, discusses the advantages of these two technologies which applicate in management and maintenance of electromechanical equipment of this project. Finally, make a conclusion that BIM and RFID technology is very beneficial to the management and maintenance of the electromechanical equipment.
