Stress Behavior of AZ31 Magnesium Alloy Sheet Asymmetrical Accumulative Rolling-Bond Based on Simulation Analysis

Article Preview

Abstract:

Asymmetrical accumulative rolling-bond was a new method to achieve AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet. The stress behavior of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet asymmetrical accumulative rolling-bond was studied by simulation analysis. Test results show that the deformation resistance has a significant reduction in composite rolling, compared to the simple accumulative or asymmetrical rolling alone. And asynchronous ratio of two rolls was discussed in relation to deformation resistance.
