Adjustable Cross Wheel Design and Experimental Study

Abstract:

Fixed distance triangular wheel is often mounted on a tool car and achieve up and down stairs function, but because of the different standards in the height and width of the stair steps, it is used with large vibration, and easy to lock, so difficult to promote it’s use. With studies, the paper put forward the adjustable cross wheel structure; the wheel can adjust the steps of stairs by changing the distance, and have better stability in using. Furthermore through the experiment, the paper proves the rationality of the design and finds the problem, proposes the solution method.
